Welcome to On it RN!

Our company is the culmination of the vision and passion of Beth McCauley, a nurse leader and healthcare visionary with over two decades of experience in the industry. Beth's tireless dedication to nursing and healthcare has been the driving force behind our mission to become the West Coast's premier nursing organization.

Beth's career began as a registered nurse, and she quickly rose through the ranks to become a respected leader in the field. During her time at Providence Hospital, Beth played a critical role in building and designing better healthcare systems that continue to serve patients and their families to this day. Her work has been recognized by numerous industry organizations, and she is widely regarded as a thought leader in nursing and healthcare.

At On it RN, we are proud to be a part of Beth's legacy and to carry forward her vision of better healthcare for all. We are committed to providing innovative solutions that meet the needs of nurses and their patients alike, and we believe that the key to our success is the passion and dedication of the nurses we work with.

As Beth herself has said, "I am passionate about the nurses I work with because I believe that nursing is more than just a job; it's a calling. The nurses I work with are some of the most dedicated and compassionate people I know, and I feel honored to be able to support them in their work."

We are here to support nurses in their calling, and to help them achieve their vision. We believe that with our support and guidance, nurses can achieve great things and make a real difference in the lives of their patients.

Thank you for considering On it RN as your partner in nursing. We look forward to working with you to build a healthier, more vibrant future for our communities.

Bethany McCauley, BSN, RN

President, CEO, Care Navigator

Beth is an experienced nurse with a broad background in health care, including the acute-care hospital setting, long-term care and working with adolescents with mental health illnesses. Beth's passion for Care Navigation started in March of 2011 when she started working for Providence Medical Group to build an in-house Care Navigation team. After helping build the most successful Care Navigation team in the company, she realized that the majority of people in her community still did not have access to comprehensive Care Navigation. Thus TruCare Connect was born.

Beth received her Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University Intercollegiate College of Nursing in 2005 and has over 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse. She has found her niche in health care as a Care Navigator and "is able to use (her) God-given gift to help her patients and their families navigate through difficult situations". She is compassionate and will go above and beyond, doing whatever is in her power to help her patients get the care and resources they need.
