We launched TruCare Connect to be the West Coast's premier Care Navigation service with one simple thought in mind: when navigating the complex healthcare system, people should not have to do it alone. Much like a tour guide during a safari, a concierge in a hotel lobby, or a foreign language translator, we know the healthcare system in and out. We pride ourselves in having a local presence, which means your Care Navigator has vetted local resources and is nearby for face to face meetings with you, your family and/or your health care providers. TruCare Connect uses Registered Nurses (RN's) to give you one on one attention, translate medical lingo, and help you plan your care accordingly.
TruCare Connect exists to provide individual care navigation services utilizing local Registered Nurses as advocates, empowered with local resources to overcome barriers and ease the way through the complex health care system; and by God's grace we will fulfill it.
Beth is an experienced nurse with a broad background in health care, including the acute-care hospital setting, long-term care and working with adolescents with mental health illnesses. Beth's passion for Care Navigation started in March of 2011 when she started working for Providence Medical Group to build an in-house Care Navigation team. After helping build the most successful Care Navigation team in the company, she realized that the majority of people in her community still did not have access to comprehensive Care Navigation. Thus TruCare Connect was born.
Beth received her Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University Intercollegiate College of Nursing in 2005 and has over 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse. She has found her niche in health care as a Care Navigator and "is able to use (her) God-given gift to help her patients and their families navigate through difficult situations". She is compassionate and will go above and beyond, doing whatever is in her power to help her patients get the care and resources they need.
